The Post

So today the youth went down to valencia for a youth rally. It was pretty fun we talked the whole way there about whatever and just had a good time. The service though man it was awesome. Worship was great and the word especially really hit home with a lot of people i'm sure. I like what Terry said about our generation and how "adults" will look down on us because we are young but actually we are first children and then we are capable.

The thing that really hit home though was on the way back on the bus. Matt just spoke the truth about things we were questioning or wondering about. And with him talking about these things it kinda made me take a second look at my own life and ask myself what are you doing to yourself and not only that but to those around me. Then when me and my brother drove home i had a talk with him about how we need to be examples in our own home as well to our parents because they need to see what God has done in our lives. We all do things that aren't right but that's why we ask for forgiveness and one thing i told my brother is i am your older brother i shouldn't be doing something and setting the wrong example for you. So basically today was a real eye opener and i thank God that this all happened.
