This week has been full of some unexpected turns. Money issues and everything else kinda sucks but hey that's how things go. But the hardest thing that's happened this week was losing my grandpa..but at least now he's home. These times are difficult but we all go through them. I know the hardest part for me at least is seeing my dad hurt. I've only seen him cry twice in my life...
I was taught about leaving a legacy for people to follow not too long ago and the way we live our lives represents the kind of impression we leave on people when we finally enter into the kingdom. We all get remembered some how and some way and we all leave some soft of blueprint that others can see. My grandpa left a lasting one which is carried on by my family. I love my family with all my heart.
It certainly is tough right now but we will be alright. We just gotta pray and be strong for each other and know that there is something far more greater than anything on this earth waiting for us in heaven..

Trav... I am so proud of you! And you are so right... YOU are a legacy for the Phillips family. Papa would be so happy to read what you wrote. Live life to the fullest and live it without regrets. I love ya lots.
